I know none of you know me, but I've been around e-feds a long, long time. That being said, it's my experience that a tournament just for the sake of having a tournament rarely ends well. Either the RPing dries up after the newness wears off or it just dies partially through it. Of course, there are a few tournaments that maintain continuity and activity, but they are the exception more than a rule. I suppose all I am really saying is if you don't expect too much you may not be let down. A bad tournament, be it "bad" due to bickering, poor receptions/performances, or whatnot, tends to bleed over to you primary federations or taint one's "perspective of the sport".
I wish you all the luck... didn't mean to sound so gloomy, just wanted to send a little of my experience to those that would want to hear an objective viewpoint.

I agree because how many people do you want in it? Also depends on the format, brackets or best move on etc...
