-The view opens on a dim lit kitchen. One that would be seen in a small restaurant. A couple men of hispanic race dressed in white uniforms diligently move from what part of the kitchen to the other as they prepare meal portions. Emilio Ramirez' voice can be heard as a voice over-
Emilio Ramirez: I found my love for the kitchen by birthright.
-The shot of the kitchen quickly disappears behind darkness and then a new view is seen by those watching. The city streets of a city where a fair number of automobiles and pedestrians are visible going about their activities. The angle of the camera shifts slowly to center on one of the first alleys created by the towering buildings. Except for a line of trash cans against one of the brick walls, the alley is empty-
Emilio Ramirez: I found my love for the ring by failure.
-The alley scene is replaced by a view of the insides of a shadowy bar where the faint sound of R&B music can be heard. A couple men who can be described as the stereotypical biker seem to be the only customers of the business as they enjoy a game of pool on the right side of the room. The rest of the room is filled with tables and chairs and a small open area obviously marked off as the dance floor-
Emilio Ramirez: Failure. Sometimes the best learning experience.
-The view of the bar eventually fades to a close up of "The Angry Chef" Emilio Ramirez. He glares into the camera with an intensity in his eyes-
Emilio Ramirez: Hiro Tanaka. "Dragon King". I've been there. I've done that. And even though I have a full understanding of the type of individual I will be facing this Saturday night in Austin, Texas . . . don't think that I'm not prepared to give you everything I've got. EVERYTHING I've got Tanaka. From the first bell to the last. Did you destroy Sampson Steele? Maybe. You WON'T destroy me Tanaka. A man without measure or worth? Well then, you've already established my goal.
-Ramirez smirks as he glances away from the camera. He quickly returns his stare-
Emilio Ramirez: Do you really take me for being arrogant Tanaka? Do you really believe that I need to taste your humbe pie? I promise you "Dragon King" that I'm A LOT more confident than I show. So don't just bring a slice, bring the whole damn platter. But make no mistakes about it, I definitely take you seriously. You should listen to your own advice, because as you taunt my culinary abilities and group me with a, with a transvestite, I'm preparing to face a "dragon". I expect a lot out of you Tanaka. You can slap me, but I promise you that will not be enough. You promised fire Hiro, I'm ready for the heat.
-With a curled lip, Emilio allows his eyes to remain fixed on the camera and the shot fades to black-
