Brett Fourve (yea I spelled his name wrong on purpose.)
I never really drunk the Kool - Aid, but I respected the results.
Now I lost all respect, with all that has gone on with this crap he pulled. Of course they don't want you back Brett, all you did was come to work, mettle in your WR business when they wanted a new contract, did not mentor the next guy in line (is the legend as we all know insecure?). They don't want you back cause for the past five years they had to put up with this off season crap that has became a bigger "Soap Story" than any T.O can come up with. Get over it Brett, cause the Packers have.
You want out of your contract? Then come mop the floors for the next three years and work it off asshole. You should not get off so easy.

What is the right thing to do?
as a player, me personally, I'm always going to be straight up and honest. If I'm going I'm gone. Business wise... I don't want this man back, not cause he is destraction or he is not a great player, but who is to say what he will do next. He is no longer as dependable to be there for my team and this proves it.
This is bad for business. Very bad.

(Dragzilla walks into to the OOC Locker Room) "Did someone call for a Drama Queen? Here I am!
Seriously though.
I am retired.
I want to play again.
I am retired.
No, I want to play again.
This is getting ridiculous. I respect what Favre has done on the field and his contributions to different communities off the field, but he is wearing down the Packer community with his back and forth every season for the past few seasons. He pulled the Press Conference to retire and did it by himself, no Packers included. That to me says he made the decision on his own. Now he wants to change it. . . yet again.
What kills me is he goes into the tears and pulling on the heart strings when no one from the Packers wants to return his calls. Gee Brett, I am so sorry that we have a life and we don't wait on baited breath for you to decide how we get to spend our off season.
Bottom line, Brett didn't like the way things were being done in Green Bay and decided it was time to walk away. So walk away and if you don't like the way things are being done in an organization then buy into an organization and become part of ownershipand do things the way you see fit.
Brett is a great player and no one can take that from him. I remember the game he played after his dad passed away and it was something that will always stick with me. However, his now wanting to come back puts the Packers in a financial situation they can not afford if they were to let Brett back. Of course then Brett will want changes that they will not be able to do and he wil complain all season how they are not bettering the team around him.
I say they let him come back, then use him as trade bait to a team in the AFC that needs a quarterback. There are plenty of teams in the AFC that could use one. We can start with Miami and you can add to the list below. Of course, Brett wants to be released and able to make his own choice on where to go. Sorry Brett, the world doesn't revolve around you and sometimes you just have to take what you can get. So either let them trade you or stay rertired.
