*scratches my head*
Uhhh... fuck me. Supercard II was a LOT of writing. If this is any indication of how I say I operate, then take it to heart. If you work hard for me, I'll work hard for you.
The output on the roleplaying board was phenominal. If you think differently, then screw you. You all worked your ass off for your matches. This isn't a federation where every single player here is the best of all time. We have a very diverse range of talent and when couple special matches come along like these, it's a real testament to the strength of the federation and how much people care for it's growth and success.
I've been asked by several people this week... what happened to Freytag Effect. Two things and I don't mean to pin point them at all. It's kinda for everybody and anyone who is thinking about coming in. Chris had a death in the family and had to commit a bit more of himself to that issue than he expected. He is also a very busy guy on top of things, so it just complicated the matter. He emailed me earlier this week. It happens.
Other thing.. there was some complications with understanding our roleplaying guideline policy. That happens too. It isn't the first time and probably won't be the last.
So.. to re-iterate to everyone. We allow two roleplays per show. However. Only one roleplay is allowed, per week. So one roleplay the first week. One roleplay the 2nd week. This is why it's important to atleast throw SOMETHING up the first week. I know most of us have a lot of pride when it comes to our characters and we don't like putting up sub par work. However.. that first roleplay, as lackluster as it might be, could be the difference between you winning and losing. Think about that in the future.
In regards to the roleplaying explosion this week and people who did extra. MY HATS OFF TO YOU! I don't give a rats ass if only one roleplay per week counts. I'll take the best you did and count that for your match. The extra stuff just gives people more to work off and in turn, they may do a little extra as well. Don't feel like you need to pack everything you want to say in one roleplay. If you have a lot to say or are just bored.. throw one up there! It's good for the federation.
We filled nearly two pages of roleplays this week. I haven't saw that in TWD's year and some history. You all worked your ass off this week and you deserve a lot of credit for your effort. I dont care who did max out or who didn't do this and that. It's not important. This federation is a whole.. not individual players. We are The Wrestling DOMAIN. This is where people come to play the game and we're damn fuckin good at it.
Its 2:30 in the morning. New card is on the Main Site. Updates will get there tomorrow after I get out of work.
I'm leaving for NY Wednesday morning and I won't be back until Sunday night. I will be checking the boards from my folks house for the hell of it, but I won't be available for chatting or anything like that. If you have questions and stuff like that.. just PM me on here and I'll get to them at some point.
Thats about all I can think of at the minute. I hope you all enjoyed the ridiculous amount of time I spent writing the two big matches for SC2. Hope they were worth your while to read, as I feel all of your effort warranted my time to write them.
