This will be a hell of an RP battle but i have Krunch over Flilipe.

Travis Johnson v. The Wiz

I'm going Johnson as well. He needs a win, and what better time to show up than this week. I think he puts himself on the map in this one.

Tomas Luger v. Damian Morningstar

I'm gonna vote for myself. I'm feeling it, but Damian has a style that is very tough for my style to work against, so it could be that I'm just being egotistical. Should be a good one, either way.

Justin York v. Colt Crawford

I'm gonna pick Colt. Sorry, York, but it works better for one of my segs if Colt gets the win, but that being said, I won't be one bit sad to see my boy pull this one out. Not one bit .

Filipe v. Krunch

Ohhhh...the possibilities....I'm gonna go Krunch. He's part of a powerful group of guys right now, and I've been in Filipe's shoes, sometimes it's hard to recharge after making a run at the title. Should be solid either way.

The Wizard of Ahhhhs

Travis Johnson

I think what happened to Brent Kersh on this past Showdown is enough to fuel The Wizard onto a win, as long as he can go the limit against Travis. On the flip side, Travis also has a thing or two to prove from his association with Joey Johnson. I think this match could be be the highlight of Showdown, just because each will want to showcase knowledge learnt from their respective mentors.


Damian Morningstar
vs.
Tomas Luger

Damian Morningstar is in an uncanny position here, even though he has lost, he is still rising because of the intensity of his persona and what he's been able to showcase, thus far. It'll be entertaining to see what he does in this match with Luger, who hasn't done much, expect roll onto a losing streak since his return to The Wrestling Domain. Then again, who knows? Perhaps Luger has learnt from mistakes and will be displaying a modified set of skills.

vs.
Colt Crawford

York is still relatively new to me, but I think he's interesting enough to go over Crawford who is just in a mega slump. Maybe there was a purpose for Brian Clark to want to keep Crawford beneath his wings. Whatever the case is, Crawford better snap out of this mental block, otherwise he'll be known as the new punchline for The Wrestling Domain in 2010.

In regards to these two veterans, well, there's a certain complexity here that'll sure be fun to see play out. Neither are far from each others spectrum as it relates to the wrestling industry. On that note, lets get ready for Showdown.

The Wizard of Oz vs. Travis Ray Cyrus
Assuming Travis can max out in terms of roleplaying, I have him notching his first win in TWD. The Wiz will be too preoccupied dealing with his feelings of guilt over his tag partner being decimated while he made new friends to be focused during the contest.

Damian Morningstar vs. Lex Luger
I can't split these guys at the moment. Morningstar is coming off f*cking up Brent Kersh and has got a strong storyline going. Luger's reformed the Rabble and is definitely building towards something as well. Should be a good battle.

York Peppermint Pattie vs. Cindy Crawford
The break seems to have served York well and I'm enjoying his material right now. Colt's no pushover though. Overall, I tip my hat to York.

Filipe Barbeque vs. Kryptonite Krunch
The battle of the two vets that will make for great reading. Krunch is on a hot streak and hard to top right now, so he gets my nod.

Oh yeah, I'm shit with remembering names too. Is it obvious?

I will go with Johnson on this one. While Ahhhhs is not the jobber he used to be, he is still not quite ready for a huge win streak.

Damian Morningstar vs Tomas Lugar:
Considring that I handle Morningstar, I think I will shy away from a prediction on this one. I will say that I am looking forward to facing Lugar so this should be fun.

Justin York vs Colt Crawford:
Personally, I think Colt needs this win to get out of his slide. So I will go with him because I know that Colt can bring it when he sets his mind to it.

Filipe Barroqueiro vs Krunch:
Like Krenshaw, I can't seem to find a weakness in Krunch. He has just ran rough shot over everyone and I don't see that ending anytime soon.

Hmmm, this should be a good roleplay battle but I'll go with the Loogie.

Not too sure on this one, depends on who wants it more. For the sake of choosing: York.


Old School vs. Krunch
Krunch has been on a roll, don't know if Old School can stop him even though he has the tools to do so. Still.....Krunch.

Overall, looks to be a good card and good setup to Supercard III. Hope to see y'all there.
