I thought I'd start this tread because theres been a lot of moments in E Fedding where you just had to sit back and go WTF at them.
5. Justin Goldman taking over FWF. All the FWFers at the time thought it was just an angle and that Hamid would return after a few weeks of finals tests at University, instead, Justin changed the passwords, basically locked Hamid out and hijacked the fed. Hamid, instead of fighting it, decided "ok fuck it, lets see how HE likes running the fed" and Justin nearly took the good name of FWF and killed it......Thanks to Dex for saving face later on.
4. EEWF Closing. Drama drama drama, I believe Crow was finally fed up with all the roleplayers complaining about how he ran the fed, giving rp credit to guys who wrote matches, some guys would just write matches and not roleplay and earn a win because their opponent didn't put out a good effort, Crow was trying to compete with the FWF and was growing tired of guys deciding to ignore EEWF and focus on FWF...then along came HBM and thats when the drama exploded. For some reason HBM and Crow got into it and then half the roster took sides with HBM just because he was HBM, and most of the other half didn't even care. Crow did the right thing by closing down because no one seemed to respect all the work he did for the fed. If Lone Wolf had stayed around then maybe Crow and Wolf would have kept it going but LW fell on hard times in real life. In the end a simple message saying "EEWF IS CLOSED" was the end to a legendary fed, like I stated before, EEWF doesn't get enough credit for its role in E Fedding's early days.
3. WWC switches from different divisions to one big tourney. Anyone remember the first 3 or 4 WWCs? They actually had different divisions, Hardcore, World, Lightweight, tag, or some of those sorts....part of what made it a great tournament because there were guys who felt they were better as hardcore roleplayers, and other guys felt they were main eventers and wanted the world title, others felt like tag experts. Then it just changed to one big tourney and some of those guys who felt they were not good enough for the big time, ended up not competing and others were disappointed in the results because they gave good efforts but got squashed. I believe WWC should have kept the divisions and gave everyone a good chance to showcase their talent in their division.
2. Sparrow and company invades DDWF and it shuts down the next day. Anyone remember Death Defying Wrestling Federation? I remember Sparrow and I think Gravestone and some other guys who formed some type of stable were going around to different feds trying to create a super stable with members in several feds, they invaded a DDWF show and caused havoc during the whole card, the next day most of DDWF's roster was pissed and quit because they didn't want someone else running the fed but they didn't realize it was just an angle.
1. Once again the top spot is reserved for Jimmy Harmon lol....this time it was that voice show he had, I forget the name of it but he used to call e wrestlers and record interviews with them then play them in audio files in FWF as some sort of show, the WTF moment came when he claimed to have interviewed a real wrestler (I'm not sure which one at the time, I think it was Macho Man or Buff Bagwell or someone like that) and when everyone heard it, it was just Jimmy doing a horrible impersonation. Talk about an IDIOT.
edit: FACE THE MUSIC I believe was the name of the show
