First off, I am shocked to see my name on there. I appreciate the notice of my work, but to think that I inspire anyone in this game just comes as a shock to me. Anyway, thanks again.
1. Old Man Reeves
2. House Of Pain (H.O.P.)
3. Wicked Clown
These three guys were the first major players I ever ran across when I first got into this and started taking it seriously.
1. Marcus T.
2. Kingpin
3. Dustin Iler
4. John bay
5. Jade Diamond
These five people are guys I have watched over the past couple of years and tried to learn from. I still learn a lot from Marcus and Ray (Kingpin) as Marcus is the master at creating new and interesting characters and ray has developed Kingpin into a monster that holds your attention from the first word of his RP to the very last one.
1. Tui
2. York
3. O'Malley
These are three guys here in the TWD that I do not know a whole lot about character wise, but have held my attention since I started running in the TWD. I enjoy there work alot, as I enjoy everyone's work here. I can honestly say that this is the first fed were I have read each and every RP as well as all the shows from top to btoom and not skimmed through them. Hell, I read some of the shows at least twice.

I greatly appreciate the mention, Somnia. It funny when I get in people's lists it amazes me. Despite the fact Rob brags, I've always seen him as a midcarder at best.

This is good thread. I think mine are gonna be a little different, but a little like KP's.
1.) Oddly enough, I think my biggest inspiration had nothing to do with wrestling. I grew up playing Dungeons and Dragons with my brother and his friends and once I was old enough to know how to transfer the rules to others I began to play D&D with my own friends. From there one of my buddies came up with the idea of a Star Wars Role Playing Game. Oh yea, he invented it BEFORE West End Games. And we went from that to the official SWRPG. So I was role playing long before I knew anything about e-wrestling. So I think my number one inspiration by a role player has to be credited to my friend.
2.) I'm gonna say Busta BYrd inspired me because it is his role plays that I remember evaluating in deciding that the Fans Wrestling Federation was the place I wanted to play this game. I think his ideas and storylines were way ahead of the game at that point and kinda gave the FWF a real life environment.
3.) Cool Daddy Cool was an e-wrestler in the FWF before I showed up. Everyone would talk about how great he was and how when on his game he was untouchable. I did some research and found out that CDC's best attribute was the ability to write long role plays. So I equated quantity to success and "The Broken Record" - "The Enforcer" came into his own.
4.) Hamid Ismaili . . . before Hamid bailed on the FWF (oh yea, I said it) he and I became fairly good friends. I remember him constantly questioning my drive and telling me how good I could be if I just stopped thinking about quitting. Well, I ended up participating in the FWF longer than he ever did. Good advice Hamid. Cheers.
5.) Five is a tough one. But I guess it would be Joe Kuriger, because he kinda took me under his wing and helped push me along. I've never really been a huge fan of his role play style, but he was a good player and understood what it took to be "successful" in e-wrestling.
There you have it.

I carried a lot of ooc heat back in the day so this is hard. This is no particular order.
1. The Enforcer (so plain you liked him. 2. Beld Painkiller (he would push and push and push.)
Current:
The last TWF roster... Period. Like TWD it was family and a great time to be there. Honestly that's about it. I can tell you what inspires me to role play.
1. An imagination that needs an outlet. 2. Music. 3. Obsession with winning. 4. Hate (really, I thrive off of me hating people and people hating me.) 5. Just living life. (the avg life of a male is around 75, that is not enough to time have a great time.)
And Ray I still remember those storie, all three of them. I can still remember them all by heart. My teachers use to wonder about me when I turn them in as home work. Violent Detective.

My descent into e-fedding was brought about by James (of the Darpan Express and Great Droopi fame) and Dustin (yeah, Dustin Iler).
They were both in the TWF and I was heavy D&Ding at the time. A nice Elven Druid I believe, but nevermind that. James suggested I look into it and it took me like two weeks to come up with Andrei Karishnikov.
His "inspiration" was a little off. See, I play fantasy basketball and I love owning Andrei Kirelinko (or however you spell AK-47's last name. Stupid Ukrainian...) So that gave me the nationality. Like a superhero, I wanted him to have a past smeared with violence, and torture, and sorrow and then have him perservere into someone that hates violence. He was originally going to be a pacifist, but that didn't work real well and was ditched.
My roleplay style is inspired by Charles Dickens, actually, for Andrei. Luger really is a heap of things that I like from others-
Iler Marcus T Kingpin Jaimie Krenshaw
There are probably a few others, but I can't remember...
It's actually still ironic to me that the one person I couldn't stand, ever, was Marcus T. I hated, sheer hated, him. Not the character, I hated the person on the other side. Until I roleplayed against John Bay and learned so much about kayfabe and the like. Then I roleplayed against Marcus again, and Ray and Kevin and you know what...
I love those guys. They all three have incredible writing ability and very creative imaginations. Plus Marcus and Ray have the sharpest wits.
The reply war leading into, Wargames I think, was epic. Ray, Marcus and I were at each other's throats and it wasn't just school yard banter for the sake of banter. It looked like three guys ready to get it the hell on and couldn't wait. it added so much build up for the PPV, it was incredible. It was a heat machine that we all walked away from feeling like a champion or at least a dominator.

also, I'm a super nerd and all my signatures for any character I've ever made is from a Magic: the Gathering card.
Bonus points if anyone knows what cards they're from. Actually, I just don't want to be the only sad, pathetic nerd. Help me out someone...

Again, to see my name listed by people as someone they find as an inspiration or someone who helped promote a personal interest in the business, is amazing and an honor.
When I started doing this, it was nothing more than just to kill time. Eno was just a simply guy who posted biblical stuff and talked a little smack. over the course of time, I tried to evolve him into a character that would be one people would see as a monster, but take pity on after all he has been through. I never really thought people cared for Eno so much and damn sure didn't see him as a character people would look to when starting their EFed careers.
Dragzilla was something I created to try and mirror Marcus' characters of Psycho Bunny and Desmond the Sexxx Symbol. Dragzilla was merely shock value and hopefully entertainment. At When Worlds Collide, I tried adding a darker side to Dragz and it seemed to work as I went far in the tournament.
Shaka was a character I created just to talk shit and stir up stuff. To be honest, I tend to have more fun with this character because it gets under Kingpin's skin more than Dragzilla ever did.
I have about 10 other characters I want to bring in as it seems I tend to write better when I have many irons in the fire. However, I do not think the TWD guys want to see me flood the fed with my split personalities and then be forced to deal with me 10fold and my crap. LoL!

Mine is going back a while, but when I first started to RP I took my inspiration off of Dylan Jones. His handler AD was a brilliant writer and he portrayed the Face charector in a great way.
I would also say that I can inspiration from everyone that I RP against, especially when it is comfortable as was in the TWF and as is here in the TWD. We joke and kid and make fun of each other in a different way then other places do where the OOC heat is more than the In heat.
