Scene open to Aaron Christopher sitting in his Terre Haute, Indiana home with his cousin Max Steele. Aaron and Max are enjoying a nice mixed martial arts pay per view, while downing chicken wings and bottles of Rolling Rock. In between a couple of fights, Max turns to Aaron and mentions the BKI Tournament.
Max: After being a semi finalist last year, I can’t believe you didn’t even get into the tournament. I think you got jewed.
Aaron: Yeah, well, my head hasn’t really been in the game lately Max. I don’t know if I really deserved a shot to be in the tournament. Besides, I would rather know who a Champion is so I can go after him, instead of being the first one with the target on my back. On top of that, I recorded the first win in TWD history anyway, so my name is in the books.
the next fight comes on, Aaron and Max continue their mass consumption of chicken and beer, even taking time out to mimic the moves they see on television.
Aaron: I plan on making my way up to the top though. It’s time Aaron Christopher concentrates on wrestling again, and Max, maybe it’s time for you to lace up the boots and come out of retirement so we can pick up the tag straps.
Max: You know, after watching the tag team division at the last show, I’ve thought about knocking some ring rust off, but I don’t know. Wrestling may not be my calling any more. Its fun, and I love to beat people up, but I just don’t know man.
Aaron: I understand. When TWF closed, I thought I was done for good. I was happy touring with the band again, but I missed the action, and I know you miss a part of it. Remember our trip to India? How about the fun we had messing with Iler and the times we had with Blondie?
Max: Yeah, I miss it sometimes. Maybe if I had someone like Iler to pick on, or hell, if Dustin when come back around, maybe I’d get the spark. I can’t believe he’s dominating the Indy circuits as the Green Bean again.
Aaron: Yeah, I hear he’s the TSW’s Southern Champion down in Washington, Indiana now. That title was held by some of the greats in that fed, like Dangerous Dave Lee, and William Livingston.
the main event of the pay per view comes on as Aaron and Max watches without batting an eye. Five rounds of championship mixed martial arts. A fight that goes back and forth both standing and on the ground. Submission after submission, and punch after punch goes with neither fighter calling it quits. The fight goes to decision and it has to be close. Both men are beaten to a pulp, but there is no decisive victory. The judges make their call. Like most title fights that go to decision, the champion keeps his title. The challenger will definitely get another crack at the title, no doubt about it.
Max: So cousin, when are you going after Redrum?
Aaron: I have to climb my way to the top Max. Right now, I’m ranked number ten. First I have to prove myself and give Spurlock is first TWD loss. That shouldn’t be a problem. He’s nothing but a drunken bum. Then after that, I’d like to avenge my loss to Justin York. After that, I’ll just keep climbing. I’m going to treat this like a political run. I’ll just buy my time, and win it wrestler by wrestler. Pretty soon, everyone on the TWD roster will be in my win column.
Max: What if Young tries to spoil your plans? You know how he is every time you make a title run. It seems he can get his nose in the boss’s ass and cause you problems.
Aaron: Don’t you worry about Adam Young. When the time comes that I get a title shot, I’ll take care of that punk.
Max: Aaron, we’re out of beer and wings. Let’s hit a Hooters, get some more, and pick up a couple of waitresses.
Aaron: Sounds like a plan.
Aaron and Max get up and leave the house. They hop into Aaron’s truck and drive off as the scene fades. I hope The Wrestling Domain is ready for some of the trouble the D.O.C. causes.
