It is irresponsible to write this rant with out the grammar correction.
It is irresponsible to not finish a final role play by dead line..
It is fucked up to loose.... Seven... Hundred... Billion... Dollars.
Billion with a "B."
And they want us to fit the bill. First and foremost, you have had to had Seven... Hundred... Billion... Dollars in the first place, in order to loose it.
That is Billion with a "B."
You are responsible for people lives, their homes, their college diploma, and so much. For some reason you want them to pay twice. You want them to foot the bill of the loan, then turn around and foot the bill of your fuck ups.
You want us to fill the void of a major mistake that you made. If we lost the last hundred bucks of your payment for a loan, do we make you foot the bill of the late intrest?
If I owe a loan shark, does he go and ask the drug dealers to make up for what he lost? OF course not he makes you pay your debt, with intrest.
They say I'm wrong for wanting you dead.
They say I'm wrong for wanting your children kidnapped and held for a nice helfty ransom in the middle of South America.
They say I'm wrong for wanting Pallin popped right where she stands in front of millions to send out a message.
Am I really wrong for wanting blood in return of you loosing Seven... Hundred... Billion... Dollars?
Billion with a fucking "B."
When the stock market looses Trillions..
Trillion with a "T."
I no longer care about election, I now care about one thing, survival. I am in survival mode.
Can some one tell me how a company, better yet, two companise of this magnatuide loose this kind of money? I guess they have the same people doing their books as the goverment has to fix our National debt.
They want to stuff Ten billion fucking dollars a fucking month on a on going war. All that money does not even go to the soilders cause they are still using stuff from the Vietname war.
Some one should pay for this. More importantly their families should pay for this also. I'm not just talking, I'm serious.
You are loosing people lives. You have people lives at stake, their fucking lively hood.
The same people who will not take violence as vengence, they are to moraly upscaled.. The same morales you take for granted, and the same morales you believe in.
Fuck you...
And your morales.
Give me a good game plan, bank roll the job, and I will take out every single one of you fucks. And any one there-after who choose to fill your shoes. That includes every generation of kids that comes after you.
A billion dollars?
You better be lucky no one has done it yet.

But if we don't foot the bill, the economy will plunge and we'll be in a depression...
Scare tactics are a red herring at this point, as NEWS FLASH!
We're in a depression that no one wants to admit to...and that's depressing.
The Republicans (no, I'm not a Democrat, I'm an American with a brain) are the reason. Their trickle down economics for 8 years, coupled with the most financially cripplin, morally wrong, illegal, misguided, poorly ran war ever has this country reeling. The top 5% is doing just fine, while everyone else is expected to remain "patriotic" and support a war that will never end, and should've never been started.
Not only that, we've systematically had our rights stripped slowly, but surely for the last 8 years in the name of "anti-terror" and "national security". It's disgusting. This is the same shit they dumped a boat full of tea into the atlantic over. The same thing we fought off the English for in the first war of this country. Thanks to the Patriot Act and various other laws we can't even march or demonstrate. We're too fucking scared that we'll be put in Gitmo or some other prison as a terrorist.
If McCain gets elected, I'm moving to Canada or Mexico or some other country. I don't want to stick around for the collapse of our country.
It's time for another revolution, I'm gonna buy a gun and exorcise our rights under the Constitution.

Luger, American's with brains don't blame Republicans for the downfall of the country (and I'm not just talking economics), they blame our capitalistic generic-democracy government. Do you think the top 5% Democrats are any more concerned about me and you then the top 5% Republicans? If so, you've been brainwashed by the game of politics. The decisions that have cost US money and freedom aren't Republican decisions, my friend . . . they are government decisions. And no matter how much foot stomping and mud slinging Barrack Obama or John McCain do, neither of them are going to change anything and they know it. But as goes presidential campaigns, so does the never ending political game. Trust in this . . . we won't be voting for OUR candidate, we'll be voting for THEIR candidate(S). Pack your bags Luger, but buy a boat too. Canada and Mexico are way too close to this disaster.

But if we don't foot the bill, the economy will plunge and we'll be in a depression... We're already in depression, hence the 700 billion bail out. Instead of saying "oh crap oh crap" I just smoke a bowl and say "Hey, if I got enough money for weed, gas, food and shelter....why should I care about the GVMNT and the idiotic banks that loan people thousands of million dollars they KNOW the people can't pay back? I never asked for a loan because I know I can't pay it back. Depression? We've been in depression before and no matter what the GVMNT wants you to think...we as Americans are strong, strong willed and will always bounce back. Why should WE as Americans foot the bill for the fat cats who have millions if not billions of dollars stashed away somewhere for their retirements? THEY made the mistake...THEY should pay for it, not the American people. Oh I freely admit we're in a depression, however, its not as depressing as you think it is. You've got food, shelter, clothing and transportation do you not? You work hard to be able to keep all of that, why should we care if a millionaire suddenly can no longer afford to be a millionaire? I say make them live like the rest of working America lives and see how quickly they realize....they have it so damn good. Scare tactics are nothing new, thats how the GVMNT works. You forget that its congress that makes all these laws and standards and bullshit like that, Republicans were in control of Congress when Bush became president, if you can remember back that far, life was actually not bad, then 9/11 hit, come 2004, Democrats took over congress and since 2004, gas prices have skyrocketed, food prices have skyrocketed, anything you can imagine has been double taxed (cigarettes, alcohol, etc etc etc) Everyone likes to play the blame game and usually its the president and his party that gets the blame, yeah everyone liked Clinton and the economy was good when Clinton was around, however, 1993, (notice 93 was the first year Clinton was Prez, and 2001 was the first year Dubbya was prez?) 1993 Bin Laden and his band of extremist attempted to blow up the WTC, yes the failed, but what did Clinton do about it? Absolutely NOTHING, fast forward 8 years and about 12 terrorist attacks later (See USS COLE, US embassies, US military bases abroad) Bush becomes prez, then 9/11 hits. We're gonna sit by idly while Bin Laden claims another victory? Bush said hell no and went to hunt for that gray bearded turban wearing bastard. Sure, Iraq may seem like "WTF" to everyone, however, the majority of Al Queda and its many affilates, came from Iraq and Iraqi training grounds, not only that but Saddam Hussien oppressed his own people for a good 30 plus years and you KNOW he was funding terrorist actions all over the world, we got rid of him and now we're trying to help a nation heal itself, the war should have never been started? Imagine what Iraq would be like right now, if Hussien was still in charge and the extremist were allowed to grow and gain power. The war is just different now, because the enemy is a bunch of cowards and they hide behind women and children and blow themselves up for "The Glory of Allah" and all we're trying to do is help the nation heal itself and become stable. What rights have you had stripped from you? So we gotta go through tougher security checks at the airport, good, if we had to do this for years, we'd never have seen 9/11 happen. You should consider yourself lucky because some countries, you can't even get on the plane without a full military guard patting you down, searching everything and abusing your "rights." They dumped tea in the Atlantic ocean because they did not want to pay taxes without proper representation, that has nothing to do with anything going on today. We fought the English to get away from THEIR corruption, and their abuse. The first settlers from England came here because they wanted to practice religious freedom and not have to obey the King of England. You can march and demonstrate as was proven at the DNC and RNC last month, however if you're marching and smashing store front windows and moving barricades and shoving the police TRYING to get into a confrontation....then yeah, of course you're going to get arrested. Every day there are demonstrations in D.C. and all over America, as long as they are peaceful, they're allowed to continue. Big brother may be watching us, but we still have our rights. so you'd rather have a guy who has very little government experience, ties to the muslim religion (which I find very fishy) doesn't respect the Pledge of Allegince, doesn't wear the US Flag pin that senators are given to wear, repeatedly bashes Americans for their opinions, wants even MORE government control over the nation, most likely will be leading us into oblivion and poverty, and has yet to tell us what hes really all about because he constantly shifts the focus to blaming or mudslinging the McCain campaign, and can not seem to keep his stories straight from week to week? He also wants to do away with the "borders" basically saying that everyone is allowed to come to America freely as an illegal no matter what. Thats who you want to lead this country? The collapse will come faster if Obama became president. Canada isn't much better than America, and Mexico is a lot worse. (why the hell do you think Mexicans keep jumping the border) best thing you said the entire post! Not bashing you Luger, just hoping you'll understand a little more about politics and America. I'll be honest, I'm not thrilled about McCain, but I sure do not want Obama in office, I'll vote third party probably, if they have someone running.

Rastafari, I hate to say it because you make good ponts, but look into the "USA Patriot act" and the warrantless wiretapping program. Then look into how they used it to track down people bootlegging mP3 files and then had comcast turn over the names for court action. People sued and no one could do a thing because Bush pushed legislation through to "releaved" media and phone companies of the legal risk to be sued. The House and senate wasn't dem controlled untill the end of 2006. See the mid term elections. In 2004 the demscame within 3 votes but because two of the three were indpendants the GOP remained in control. (Dennis Hassert was speaker). Nancy Pelosi is the first Dem speaker of the house since 1998. Al gore was the last in the Senate. I only know this because I follow the fuck out of politics. Read here and get the facts. I am sick of Republicans understating their fucking up of americaAs for everything else. The bailout plan is a giant fuckyou for republicans. As a freemarket capitlist you are inclined to let the market sort it out ala Herbert Hoover, BUT as a DEM I am inclined to help people in any form and fassion. I say let it crash Greed is what got us here and if we bail wall street greed will not have learned anything. We should let it fail. People should really stop listening to opinion columnists and get the facts and make an intellegent decision.

BOTH parties are to blame for what has happened. The Republicans for their blind Laissez-faire (Basically, letting greed run free. See Rush Limbaugh) attitude and the Democrats for pushing (see Barney "Elmer Fudd" Frank) the banks to lend to people who CAN'T AFFORD THE LOAN TO BEGIN WITH! Its a mesh of smelly shit built on a combination of greed and political pandering. If we bail them out, we devalue the dollar and risk inflation. If we don't bail them out, we risk a depression (we are not in a depression yet, we are in a recession). It's damned if you do. Damned if you don't. Personally, I hope every one involved is damned to Hell. I'm voting for Ralph Wiggum.

To be honest, I gave up on both political parties a long time ago (Marcus and Ray insert your old joke here). For the record, I was not around when the Whig Party was still in contention. It says, "For the people and By The People," but that idea was lost a long time ago. With electorial vots and all the other BS that goes into an election now days we lost touch with what it is all suppose to be about.
Politicians were suppose to be elected to represent the best interest of the common man, the person who elected them. However, once in office, all politicians give in to corporate lobbiest and whoever seems to float the most cash there way. There is no sense of responsibility to the people who elected them.
It truly is sad because this is the best country in the world, but yet our "Better Than You" attitude has made us blind to the fact that we are slowly slipping and other countries are passing us by. Our school systems are second rate, prices go up and wages barely move, we have hungry and homeless on our streets yet we worry about others in other countries. I am not saying put a wall around the country and forget the rest of the world, but we need to take care of our own first. When we spend 2 billion dollars a week on a war in Iraq and the Iraq people say they don't even want us there then it is time to come home and take that 2 billion dollars and put it to good use here.
Sure I am just touching the surface of a lot of things and not going into the "meat"of them, but when I look at where we were just 20 yrs ago and where we are now, it makes me sad and it scares the hell out of me.
All of us here are smart intelligent people (with the exception of Marcus who is just a smart ass. Just kidding.) and we can see the big picture. With that in mind, why can't those we elect see the big picture and see what we need and live up to the promises they make to us so they can get into office?
Give me Robim Williams for president because he will keep things simple and make us laugh at ourselves when we do stupid shit.
Give me Kevin Spacey as his VP because he is a nice mixture of smart and funny and could keep foreign countries off balance.
Finally give me Samuel L Jackson as our Secratary of Defense. With him in office is anyone really going to fuck with us?

It sounds as Rastafari is scared of change.
McCain sold you on all the stuff about not having enough experiance, not saying the pledge, and blah blah blah, and his ties to muslims.. That will not fly with me
1. I did not have enough experiance to work I'm working at now, my boss loves me cause I have latched on so quick and I have being known to be one of his harder workers. The same can happen for the young canidate. Give him a chance and let's see what we can get out of him. He did not make it this far by not knowing what he is doing.
2. As far as not saying the pledge, i don't even stand up for it. As a matter of fact, at a recent rangers game I sat down and ate nachos in high schooled I was sent to the princable office for the same thing. I don't do it to rebel, I did it cause I don't share the same out looks at those who praise it.
3. You nitpicked him with the flag pennant thinggy. I could give a damn if he arrived in some house shoes, dickie pants, white socks and white v-neck t-shirt with a bandana hanging out of his pocket (as stereotypical as that will be.) as long as he can get the job done that is all that matters.
I don't trust McCain cause of that bull dog with lip stick he has standing behind him. Maybe he is so old and out of touch with the current people he bought her along for the ride to gather the votes.
As far as borders goes... Wasn't Mexico running shit around here before we blew their asses off in San An? Then we told them not to come back. That border feels like two elementry kids at the sand lot with one using his foot to draw a line and say "Step over this line and see what will happen." The other kid does and the other one throws him in the head lock and they wrestle for a few minutes... In other words... The mexicans are still going to cross the boarder legaly or illegaly so we might as well stop putting money up for the bull shit.. The Berlin wall fell just as this one will.
A lot of people think the world is coming to an end cause American is starting to realize our shit does stink just as the rest of the world. The world is not coming to an end Americas egos are bruised cause the men who said they will protect are too busy running around fucking every thing on two legs and getting caught up on day time tv.

I'm afraid of change? Right, I want an even more massive government than the one we have now (with even more chances to screw up our country)
How do you spend several years in a Muslim school and say you do not share even a fraction of their beliefs?
Let me guess, you don't agree with the pledge because of the "Under God" part, or is it because you do not believe in the "one Nation" bit? Not trying to be disrespectful, but how can you call yourself an American when you can't even pledge the flag you might possibly fly proudly in your window or your porch? The stars and stripes should make every patriotic American, no matter what they believe in, swell with pride because its the flag of our nation. I believe this nation is STILL one of the greatest to live in, however, I think that certain things need to be done to our government system and when I watch Obama in his interviews, I see a person who is not confident, not ready to be a leader and may be even worse than Bush in terms of political intelligence.
Deception is the norm for politics, however I clearly stated I'm voting 3rd party, which means I'm not voting McCain, and I'm not voting Obama....so why am I afraid of change?

What the fuck is wrong with being Muslum? That souds like some bigitoed bullshit. I could be a zionist asshole and shove my religion down the throats of people who both don't want it or beleive in it.
So yea lay off the Muslim comments. If you don't know about it just leave it alone
And it sounds like you are a prime canadate for the armed forces. Put your money where your mouth is go out and defend the freedom of the nation. Untill more republicans do that, all that patiriot bull is just that. Only a coward backs something and then refuses to fight for it.
At least Marcus stands up to EVERYONE for what he beleives in. I have seen it presonally and I respect him for it. I have yet to see even 20% of the republicans that run up spewing that flag bullshit join the armed forces.
I am ready to back up everything I say as is my best friend, and that is a rare trait. I can honestly tell you I am ashamed to be an american. I am ashamed to see a country that I have bled for treat a man like Barrack Obama with predjuce and bigioted hatred just because he has the courage to do what 99% of americans would do, And that is to literly risk his life to run for office. The man faces death daily yet he plows on because he understands that "IF" he wins he will have done something that my parents only dared to dream about in the late hours of the night.
Simply put, if Obama wins he will spit in the face every racist, every time dogs bit us, every time rocks were thrown at us, every confederate flag, every lynching, every hanging, every lynchmob, every slanted court who uses fear as a weapon. We like to pretend that this is a fair and equal country but it isn't.
Obama even running at this level is astonishing and for those that fear it I say good, because for once as a black man in america I am finally proud to be an american. And I hope Obama flips the script and scares the holy shit out of thr racist redneck assholes who would want to drag him behind a truck.

I don't stand up for the pledge cause like I said before, I don't share the same views as the majority of americans. I was once told that the American fore fathers (or what ever you want to call them) built this country off of the bible and christianity. As a man who has dropped all religous bull shit it would be hard for me to back that up.
There is no other country that locks up more people a year than America because of these laws.
I don't stand by any one or anything that does not sare the same point of view as I do. I will still respect your stand and I will try to see it your way, I will bend but I will not break.
I will disagree with you when you say this country is "still" great. The reason for this, ask yourself, when was the last time we did something that benefited the world?
When was the last time we flew some one to the moon or mars. When was the last time America itself stood up for something and not let it die in vain like the attack of 9/11.
I believe we can get back to being the best the world has to offer but we have to cut the bull shit. To many people want to live in the past instead of trying to create a better tomorrow.
Final note: we are to selfish to call ourselves the power house we should be. And I will not stand for that, as a matter of fact I will war with just.. that.

I have to admit that although I sometimes tend to disagreewith Marcus and Ray and see things differently, I am always proud to call them my friends because they will stand up to anyone for what they believe in. Hell, a Jew, a Muslim and a self proclaimed Athiest (sorry Marcus, that might not be the term you want to call yourself, but it was the best I could come up with right now) as best friends? Sounds like a damn sitcom to sweep the nation only to be cancelled by Fox because it actually does good.
Seriously, we are in a time when our schools have fallen way behind the rest of the world, we are too busy playing poliein other countries while our own country falls further and further into the gutter. When politicians realize that it is time to take care of US first and EVERYONE else later, then maybe we will return to greatness. Sure we still our the land of opportunity, but when that opportunity is ignored or wasted, what does that really say about us.
okay Patric, it is time to start a poll and see who wins the election here in TWD land. I think we need McCain, Obama and Other for the choices.

Wow. Here's a load that we could argue about about until the Browns win a Super Bowl (which for those who don't know is a LONG, LONG time).
Kevin is right . . . in short . . . the government is no longer "of the people, by the people, and for the people. Bottom line.
So to argue over the best candidate is pointless. Here's your choices boys. Turd sandwich or maggot pie. Argue over those.
And in addition . . . to argue over the candidates beliefs and attributes is silly. Rastafari, you're afraid of a Muslim President? Here's a thought. Both John McCain AND Barrack Obama are getting millions of dollars for their campaign from people WHO DON'T EVEN LIVE IN THE COUNTRY! That scares me a whole lot more than their religion. On a side note . . . you can't sink a religion because of the actions of the people OF that religion. There have been Christian serial killers, but I still believe in Jesus Christ.
Ray . . . to the racist rednecks who want to drag Obama behind a truck . . . if you see them, give them this for me. **reaches into my pocket and pulls out a middle finger**.
And Marcus . . . five years ago I would have blasted you for saying you sit during the anthem. But my old opinion may be under attack, because I used to believe it was disrespectful to our history and those responsible for our history, but since I have heard the opinion of several of those people that have led me to believe otherwise. In addition, it's getting harder and harder to rationalize showing support for a country who is led by individuals who show no support for you. But still yet I cling to the advice . . . pledge your flag. Read it again. Pledge YOUR flag. Not because of what people tell you it's about, but because what it's about to you. It's YOUR flag brother and this is YOUR country. You need to claim it, before you can even begin to change it.
All in all . . . we need to do better. How that's going to happen? I have no idea.
